To request a review of a Portal, start by creating a review task in CELUM Experience. The review task is then created in CELUM Work with a Portal link. The reviewers can access the Portal via the link and review it in Browse mode as if it were live on any device. If changes are needed, the reviewers can easily switch to Capture mode to annotate and request changes. Each change request is tracked with version snapshots for easy comparison.
Once the review task is created, you can see the Portal link in the "Links" section of task details:
Notes on Portal links:
A review task can have only 1 Portal link. It can, however, have other attachments and links.
Once created, a Portal link cannot be removed.
The Portal link can be distinguished from other links by the
"CELUM Experience" icon .
If the linked Portal is deleted, the Portal link will still be shown, but the link will no longer be functional.
To open the Portal, click on the "Browse Portal" icon.
The Portal opens in "Browse mode". There, you can:
Interact with all elements of the Portal as though it were published.
Use the preview options to see the Portal in different resolutions
and on different devices (desktop, tablet, and mobile).
Install CELUM's light-weight browser extension on supported
browsers via the "Install extension" button. The extension
allows you to capture Portal snapshots seamlessly. Once you have
installed the extension, the button will not be shown anymore.
To capture a Portal snapshot and annotate it, switch to "Capture mode".
