Rename an assetThis action is only possible for people with moderator or contributor role.
You can edit the assets in the asset explorer or in the task details.
Rename an assetSelect an asset in the asset list and rename it in the following ways:
Via the context menu: Right-click the asset to open its context menu and click "Rename" in the context menu.
Via the "More actions
" menu: Open the asset detail
view and select the "Rename"
entry in the menu in the preview menu.
Via the magic menu: Click the magic button in the action area to open the magic menu and click the "Rename" action in the magic menu.
Enter a different name for the asset in the new dialog that appears.
File extension can't be changed
To avoid problems with renamed assets, the file extension is automatically detected and cannot be changed while renaming an asset.
Click "Rename".
The dialog closes and the asset reflects the name change in the asset list immediately.
Move assetsThis action is not possible for Portal snapshots.
Select assets in the asset list and move it in the following ways:
Via the context menu: Select one or multiple assets in the task details or asset explorer and click "Move" in the context menu.
In the task details, you can only move a single asset.
Via the "More actions
" menu: Open the asset detail
view and select the "Move"
entry in the menu in the preview menu.
Via the magic menu: Click the magic button in the action area to open the magic menu and click the "Move" action in the magic menu.
If you have selected multiple assets, you can additionally use the "Move" action in the action area.
A new "Move to" dialog shows you all folders.
Choose a new parent folder where you want to move the selected asset.
Alternatively, you can create a new parent folder directly in the "Move to" dialog.
Click "Move".
The dialog closes and the selected asset is moved to the selected parent folder.
