To ensure that your Portal is perfect, you can request a Portal review by creating a review task in the Portal designer. The review task will be created in CELUM Work in a Workroom of your choice.
Prerequisites
Your organisation needs to have an active CELUM Work subscription. You can check the subscriptions on the "Home" page in your CELUM Cloud account.
You need to be a contributor in at least one Workroom or have the "Curating-privilege" in CELUM Work which allows you to create a Workroom.
In the selected Workroom, there has to be a task list where you have permission to create a task.
You need to use one of the supported browsers to capture a snapshot and, optionally, have our extension installed for a seamless capturing experience.
Request a Portal review in the "Review" tab in the Portal designer by creating a review task.
Once the review task is created in CELUM Work, it will contain a Portal link in the "Links" section. Reviewers can review the Portal in Browse mode via the link as if it were live on any device.
They can annotate and request changes in Capture mode. Each request is tracked with version snapshots for easy comparison.
Follow the progress of the task directly in the Portal designer.
Once you are happy with the review, move the task to another list or simply delete it.
Click on a Portal to open the Portal designer.
In the design panel, click on the "Review" tab.
In the "Review" tab you can:
See all review tasks linked to that specific Portal
You will only see review tasks created in Workrooms where you are moderator or contributor. You will not see review tasks in Workrooms where you are a visitor.
In the "Review" tab, click on the "Create task
for review" 
button.
You will be redirected to CELUM Work (in
a new browser tab) and an "Add to a Workroom" dialog will
open:
In the dialog, you can choose to create the review task:
In a new Workroom. You will be redirected to the Workroom wizard where you can create a new Workroom.
The option will not be displayed in the dialog if you don't have the Curating-privilege in CELUM Work or will be disabled if your organisation has reached its Workroom limit.
In an existing Workroom
Click "Create" or "Next" button to continue after Workroom creation or selection.
A "Create task" dialog appears.
In the dialog, select a task list where the task will be created.
Click the "Create" button.
If you selected a form, you will have the options to create a task with an empty form or fill in the form before creation. Extra steps will be necessary if you choose to fill in the form before creation.
The review task is created and its detail view is open where you can see the Portal link.
In the Portal designer, the review task will be shown in the
"Review" tab. There you can follow its progress. To open
the task in CELUM Work, click on a task card.
The review task will have the same name as the Portal. You can rename the task in CELUM Work.
In CELUM Work, a Portal link will be attached in the "Links" section of the task. The Portal link will have the same name as the Portal.
The review task can only be deleted in CELUM Work.
