This topic provides an overview of how to create a new user account in CELUM Cloud Account in order to connect with all CELUM services.

There are two different types of accounts in CELUM Cloud Account:

After you have successfully registered or logged into your personal user account, you see the navigation area (left) and Home page (right):

On the Home page, you see the following information for each organisation account which you are a member of, were invited to or have requested access to:

For organisations to which you have requested access via "Connect to Cloud Account" in CELUM Content or via a shared link and are not approved yet, you can only see your current status and no additional information about the organisation.

If you are not a member of any organisations (for example you have started the free "Content Collaboration Basic" plan for CELUM Work), you can create your own organisation if you haven't done so already:
