This topic provides an overview of how to create a new user account in CELUM Cloud Account in order to connect with all CELUM services.
There are two different types of accounts in CELUM Cloud Account:
You create an organisation account when you subscribe to the "Content Collaboration Basic" plan for CELUM Work and register a new account. In an organisation account, one or multiple organisation managers can manage the subscriptions for various CELUM services.
You register a user account that gives you your own personal user profile. Your user can either be an owner/manager or a member of one or multiple organisation accounts. You must be a member of an organisation account in order to use the subscribed CELUM services (e.g. CELUM Work, CELUM Drive, or CELUM Experience).
How to become an organisation member?
Use the "Connect to cloud account" function in CELUM Content (via Profile menu or user settings). This will automatically request access to your company's organisation account.
You can be invited to an organisation account and need to accept the invitation via a link in the e-mail invitation.
You can request access to the organisation account via a shared link which is sent to you by e-mail.
Your organisation imports your account from a federation (IdP). In this case, you use your company credentials to log in.
Contact the administrator at your company to ask for an invitation or request link. If you have no user account in CELUM Cloud Account yet, you can register when you follow the e-mail links or use the CELUM Content function.
After you have successfully registered or logged into your personal user account, you see the navigation area (left) and Home page (right):
On the Home page, you see the following information for each organisation account which you are a member of, were invited to or have requested access to:
The name of the organisation (if you were invited or are already a member of the organisation).
Organisation ID: Next to the organisation name, an Organisation ID icon is displayed if you are a part of an organisation. Click on the icon to copy the ID.
Your role (member
or manager) and
status within the organisation
(if you are already
a member of the organisation).
The service subscriptions for the organisation (if you are already an organisation member). Active subscriptions are displayed in blue, inactive subscriptions are displayed in gray.
If an organisation has subscribed to CELUM Work, you also see which CELUM
Work permissions you have in the organisation account:
Contact information for the owner of the organisation (if you were invited or are already an organisation member).
For organisations to which you have requested access via "Connect to Cloud Account" in CELUM Content or via a shared link and are not approved yet, you can only see your current status and no additional information about the organisation.

of any organisations
(for example you have started
the free "Content Collaboration Basic" plan for CELUM Work), you can create
your own organisation if you haven't done so already:
In the navigation area, you can manage various aspects of your user or organisation account:
Edit your personal information and manage your user account (for members and managers)
Manage your organisation and subscriptions (for managers only)
Manage the members of your organisation (for managers only)
Manage organisation groups (for managers only)
