Reopen a Workroom

You can reopen a finished Workroom, if you were its moderator, in the dashboard or, if, you have the "Curating" privilege in the current organization account, in the "Workrooms" section in the Work administration.

1. Open the context menu to see the available options:
   

2. Select "Reopen".

   If your organization has reached its Workroom limit, the "Reopen" option will be disabled.

3. A confirmation dialog shows you the consequences of reopening a Workroom:

• Tasks, assets, and comments will be available again.

• Only moderators will be re-added to the Workroom. Other people will not have access to the Workroom unless they are invited again.

4. After you confirm, the Workroom will be placed in the "Ungrouped" group in the dashboard and you can enter it again.
