Finish a Workroom

As Workroom moderator, you can decide when the project work on your Workroom is done and finish the Workroom via the magic button. For example, you may consider the Workroom done when all milestones are reached, or when all tasks are completed.

Additionally, you can finish any Workroom in the "Workrooms" section in the Work administration page if you have the "Curating" privilege in the current organisation account.

1. Select between:

• Magic menu button on any page inside a Workroom, or

• Work administration in your user settings.

2. Find the "Finish" action:

• in the magic menu: Click the magic button and select the "Finish Workroom" action..

• in the "Workrooms" section in the Work administration: Open the pop-up menu on a Workroom and select "Finish" from the menu.

3. A confirmation dialog shows you the consequences of finishing a Workroom:

• The Workroom will be visible to moderators only in the dashboard.

• No current contributor or visitor can enter the Workroom anymore.

• Only Workroom moderators or users with the "Curating" privilege in the organisation account can reopen the Workroom and make assets and tasks available again.

• The Workroom contributors will loose access to all synced assets if the option to keep assets is not enabled in the dialog.

4. After you confirm, you are redirected to the CELUM Work dashboard and the Workroom is displayed with a gray background in the Workroom list in the "Finished Workrooms" group:
