The CELUM Work browser application has two major sections, the dashboard and the inside of a Workroom itself.
Additionally, the system bar located on the left side of the screen offers additional functions.
When you first log into CELUM Work, your entry point is the dashboard. The dashboard shows a list of all Workrooms within the currently selected organisation which you are taking part in and tasks assigned to you within these Workrooms.
The total number of Workrooms which you were invited to is displayed in the upper left corner of the dashboard. However, the list only shows Workrooms which you already joined (i.e. you entered the Workroom by following the link in the notification e-mail).
The dashboard layout is split into two major components:

Inside a Workroom, the user interface is separated into pages.
The asset explorer and the people page are not visible for people with a visitor role.
The taskboard is the start page of a Workroom. It allows you to organise work on your tasks to get your project ahead in an efficient manner.
In the asset explorer, you can view and manage all the assets and folders in your Workroom. This includes all content that is attached to tasks in the Workroom, as well as assets or folders that are not attached to tasks.
On the People page, you can view the Workroom team and if you are a Workroom moderator you can also organise the team by inviting and removing people.
Each page within a Workroom follows the same layout pattern:
The header is displayed on all pages of the Workroom. It shows the Workroom name and allows moderators to edit it. It also contains a button to get back to the dashboard, as well as the navigation tabs that allow you to navigate between different pages.
The content bar contains actions which influence what you see on the page.
The content area
contains the actual content of each page, i.e. the board, assets,
or the Workroom
team . On the right side of the content area, you can find the
Workroom sidebar on the taskboard, or the
folder tree in the asset explorer. You can easily close
and open the sidebars with the icon in the
content bar
In the action area, you can find the magic button, your gateway to all available actions. The magic button opens the magic menu, which contains all currently available actions.
In the system bar, you find connection buttons to other CELUM services as well as your avatar and user settings and the help menu.
The system bar is located on the left side of the browser window. You can access it from anywhere in the application. It contains the following functions:
Buttons to access other CELUM services in the CELUM Cloud.
The "Work" menu where you can switch between organisations.
Your user settings (accessible via your avatar), which allows you to switch the application language, manage your cloud account, access Work and Organisation administration, and log out.
