To easily add new
lists, click the "Add new list" icon ,
which is located next to the right-most task list in the board. A new
task list is then added again at the right-most position on the board.
To remove a list from the board, open the
pop-up menu in the list header and choose
the menu entry "Delete list". The list is then removed from
the board.
To move a list
to another position on the board, simply click and hold the list's header
and drag the list to a different position:
You can change the following details
for each list on your board:
List title: Click the list header
to enter edit mode. Change the title and press ENTER on your keyboard
or click outside the title field.
List color: Open the pop-up menu
in the list header and choose a different color from the menu. The
list header then gets the new color:
Due date: With the due date, you can
specify when all tasks in the particular list must be finished and
removed from the list. Choose a due date with the
button underneath the list header.
Task list owners: Besides defining
task list owners on the taskboard, you can easily appoint
invited people or invite
and assign new users as task list owners in the wizard. This means
that you can add task list owners while creating and editing a new
template or a Workroom.
You can set due date and task
list owners only in the "Taskboard and robots" section
of the wizard.
