Synchronize with CELUM Drive

With "CELUM Drive", you can subscribe to a Workroom to synchronise its content to your local file system, edit the assets directly in your favorite applications and synchronise the changes back to the Workroom.

To use CELUM Drive, you need to first install it, which enables you to keep track of your synchronised scopes and assets.

Subscribe to a Workroom

You can subscribe to a Workroom with CELUM Drive to synchronize all files and folders from the Workroom to your local file system and have offline access to them:

Click the Drive icon in the Workroom's header:
A confirmation dialog appears.
Click "Subscribe" in the confirmation dialog.
The Drive icon in the Workroom's header turns white to show that the synchronization is activated for this Workroom.

The Workroom's content is synchronized to your ERROR: Variable (location) is undefined., which is located in your local file system's user directory. All changes you make to the Workroom content either in your local file system or in the CELUM Work browser application will be synchronized between the two locations.

Unsubscribe from a Workroom

When you no longer want to synchronize a Workroom to your local file system, you can unsubscribe from CELUM Drive again:

Click the Drive icon in the Workroom's header:
A confirmation dialog appears. Here, you can decide if you want to keep the synchronized Workroom content in your local file system without receiving further updates from CELUM Work:
Click "Unsubscribe" in the confirmation dialog.
The Drive icon in the Workroom's header turns gray to show that the synchronization is deactivated for this Workroom.

Once you have unsubscribed, changes you make to the Workroom content either in your local file system or in the CELUM Work browser application won't be synchronized anymore.
