Add and manage domains for your Portal

The standard domain for Portal URLs is the "portal.celum.com" domain. You are also able to use a custom URL with your own domain that supports your branding efforts for your Portals, and you can also customise the slugs at the end of the URLs.

This feature is only available for managers of an organisation.

1. Access the Domains dashboard

  1. Click your avatar on the system bar and select “Experience administration”.

  2. Select the "Domains" tab to access the Domains dashboard.

2. How to add domains

  1. On the Domains dashboard, follow the instructions on "How to connect a domain" to Experience.

  2. Once that is done. Click the " Add a domain" icon.

  3. Enter the domain name. and Click "Create".

  4. The domain will be listed on the Domains dashboard and will be available.

You can connect up to 5 domains to your Experience organisation. If you want to add a new domain once this limit is reached, you need to delete an already connected domain.
