Viewing export information on assets

After video assets have been exported using the YouTube Exporter, you can see information about the export in several places:

Export status bullets

For assets exported with the YouTube Exporter, four information bullets show the export status in the asset list:

Published - The video is published to YouTube and up-to-date.
Outdated - The video on YouTube is outdated because a new version was added in CELUM Content.
Offline - The video was exported, but is currently offline.
Failed - The export to YouTube has failed.

When hovering over the bullet with your mouse, you will see the channel the video was exported to.

The bullets are only available if they were configured in your server back-end by a technical administrator. See the Customer Knowledge Base article "Preparing the YouTube Exporter" for more information.

Detailed export information

In an exported asset's detail view, you can see all relevant information about the exported video on YouTube:

The last export of the asset
The video details on YouTube
The video statistics (Views, likes, dislikes, and comments)

The information is only shown if an asset has been uploaded to YouTube using the YouTube Exporter.

To view the information, do the following:

Double-click an asset in the Nova UI to open its detail view.
In the detail view, open the "YouTube" tab.
The information is shown on the "YouTube" tab.
