Click the "Settings" icon in the system bar:
If you have permission to manage formats in multiple organisations, a pop-up menu shows you the available organisations. Choose one of them.
The format settings opens in a new browser tab.
With centralised (Cloud) format management in the format settings, you can create and manage formats for your organisation.
Users of CELUM Content, CELUM Libraries, and CELUM Experience can use these formats to download assets.
You can manage the formats in your organisation only as a manager or owner of the organisation.
As a normal organisation member, you do not have access to formats management.
From your CELUM Cloud account, you can access the formats for your organisation (provided you have a role with sufficient permissions) via the system bar:

In the format settings, all available formats for your current organisation are displayed in a list on the "Formats" tab.
For each format, you see the name and description in the list.
To edit an existing format, simply click on the format in the list. The format wizard will open and show you the format details and parameters as described in Create formats.
Changes made to existing formats have an immediate effect on the formats in all domains where they are available. For example, changing the name or icon of a format is immediately visible in Libraries or Portals.
