Every Workroom can be adapted to suit your team's needs. All customisations are done in the Workroom wizard (as a Workroom moderator) that you can access:

At any point after Workroom creation
via the "Edit Workroom" option in the magic menu:
The has 3 main sections:
Workroom details: This section is divided into 2 subsections:
Workroom details: this is where you edit basic information
about the Workroom, such as the name or description, add a due
date, and repository.
People: this is where you manage your team by adding people and assigning roles to them.
Taskboard and robots: here you adapt the look and feel of your taskboard and set robots that govern the rules for individual lists.
Workflow: here you set transitions that give structure to your approval process. The set transitions are visually represented via the process diagram.
Navigate between sections
Click on a section in the menu on the left side of the Workroom wizard to open it. If you are creating a new Workroom, you can also use the navigation buttons in the upper right corner.
