You use a workroom to virtually exchange, discuss, organize and finalize files for your project with your colleagues. All content you work with in CELUM Work is available in the file explorer of each workroom.
As a moderator or contributor, you don't have any permission restrictions for viewing and managing files and folders in a workroom.
People with a visitor role don't have access to the file explorer and can only see files attached to tasks in the task detail view.
For more information on role permissions, visit the Role and permissions page.
As a moderator or contributor, you can see all files and folders inside
your workroom
in the file explorer.
Simply click "Files" in the workroom
header:
The file explorer consists of two main parts:
The tree on the left-hand side of the content area shows all folders in a hierarchical list. You can expand and collapse the hierarchy or the whole tree panel.
The file list on the right-hand side of the content area shows all files and child folders inside the currently selected folder.
By default, the files in the file list are shown in "card view with further details" view. In the lower part of each card, you can see the most important information on a file. If applicable you will see the following:
v.n | Current file version. On hover, date and time stamps are also shown. |
![]() ![]() |
Availability in CELUM Content. If active, the file is still available in CELUM Content. If inactive, the file is no longer available in CELUM Content. |

To switch to card view without additional information, click on the
card menu and select "card view".
