You can sort your content by selected criteria in ascending or descending order. This means that you will be able to find a specific file, folder, or attachment more quickly and efficiently.
You can reverse the order via the "Ascending" and "Descending"
icons.
By default, files and folders on the file explorer are sorted by "Name". To change the sorting:
At the top of the content area, click on your current sorting option. A menu with all available sorting options opens.
Click on a preferred sorting option to select it. You can choose between:
Name (default)
File category
Modification date
Creation date
By default, attached files in the task detail view are sorted by "Attachment date". To change the sorting:
In the top right corner of the file list, click on your current sorting option. A menu with all available sorting options opens.
Click on a preferred sorting option to select it. You can choose between:
Attachment date (default)
Name
File category
Modification date
