Export comments to PDF

You can export the current file version in PDF format together with file comments and markers in

Go to the file explorer:
Right-click to open the context menu on a file you want to export.
In the context menu, hover over the "Export comments to PDF" menu entry to show its sub-menu.
In the sub-menu, select where you want the comments to be shown in the PDF:
- Show all comments on last page. All comments will be shown on the last page of the PDF document.
- Show comments closer to marker. Comments with marker annotations will be shown on a separate page, directly after the page with the marker. Other comments will be shown on the last page of the PDF document.
The current file version is exported as a PDF together with the version comments.

In the magic menu, export actions are called "Export comments to PDF with all comments on last page" and "Export comments to PDF with comments closer to marker".

Export comments in file detail view

Open the file detail view of a file in file explorer or in task details.
Click the "More actions " menu and hover over the "Export comments to PDF" menu entry to show its sub-menu.
In the sub-menu, select where you want the comments to be shown in the PDF:
- Show all comments on last page. All comments will be shown on the last page of the PDF document.
- Show comments closer to marker. Comments with marker annotations will be shown on a separate page, directly after the page with the marker. Other comments will be shown on the last page of the PDF document.

Click on a task to open its detail view.
Right-click to open the context menu on a file you want to export.
In the context menu, hover over the "Export comments to PDF" menu entry to show its sub-menu.
In the sub-menu, select where you want the comments to be shown in the PDF:

- Show comments closer to marker. Comments with marker annotations will be shown on a separate page, directly after the page with the marker. Other comments will be shown on the last page of the PDF document.
