Add an asset
version from CELUM Content in the asset explorerRestrictions on adding assets versions
Adding from CELUM Content may be restricted for some users, depending on permissions. For more information on permissions, visit the CELUM Content online help topics for Advanced UI or Nova UI.
It is not possible to add an asset version from CELUM Content to Portal snapshots.
Add an asset
version from CELUM Content in the asset explorerGo to the asset explorer.
Right-click on an asset to open the context menu.
From the drop-down list, hover the
Add from CELUM Content menu entry.
Click the respective sub-menu entry to add:
the current version: Add a CELUM Content asset as the current
version of a CELUM Work
asset that was previously added from CELUM Content.
Such assets have a "Available in CELUM Content" 
mark in the lower right corner.
This option is only available if the selected asset was initially added from CELUM Content.
a different asset as a new version: Add a CELUM Content asset as a new version of a CELUM Work asset.
Alternatively, you can access the " Add
from CELUM Content"
option in the magic menu or in
the asset detail view via the "More actions" menu.
Continue adding based on your choice:
If you chose to add the current version of the already added asset, the current asset version is added and automatically set as the current version of the asset in CELUM Work.
If you chose to add a different asset as a new version, an "Add new version from CELUM Content" dialog opens.
On the left side of the dialog, browse through collections to see all assets inside.
Alternatively, you can activate the option "Show content of child collections" to show all assets on any level under the currently selected collection or collection type.
On the right side of the dialog, select an asset to add.
Use the search bar in the upper right corner of the dialog to search for assets inside the currently selected collection or structure.
Click the "Add" button.
The dialog closes and the selected asset is added as a new version of the asset in CELUM Work.
If the asset you want to add from CELUM Content has more than one version, the current version of that asset will be added.
A status snackbar appears to let you know whether the adding has successfully been completed.
Add a new version
from CELUM Content in the asset detail viewOpen the asset detail view of an asset in asset explorer or in task details.
Click the "More actions 
" menu
in the preview menu.
If the task has more than 1 asset attached to it, you can also find this action by opening the context menu on an asset in the navigation bar.
