Move assets
to the trash binRestrictions on deletion
This action is only possible for people with moderator or contributor role.
It is not possible to delete Portal snapshots if the review tasks the snapshots are linked to still exist. Once the linked tasks are deleted, Portal snapshots can also be deleted.
There are 2 ways in which you can delete assets (move them to the trash bin) from CELUM Work:
Delete assets manually in the asset explorer. This way, you can delete any asset (as described in "Move assets to the trash bin" section).
Delete assets via the CELUM Content robot. This is only possible for assets which have been added to CELUM Content.
The deleted assets are moved to the trash bin where you can restore them or delete them permanently.
