Importing YouTube categories

YouTube provides a variety of video categories for different geographical regions. During the export, a specific category will be assigned to the exported videos.

Import categories for a region in the Content administration's "YouTube Exporter" tab:

1. Open the "Category imports" tab.

2. Click the "Import YouTube categories" button to open the configuration dialog:
   

3. In the configuration dialog, select an existing Google authentication profile.

   At least 1 Google authentication profile must be configured in the Configuration Management Application (CMA), otherwise you cannot continue. To create a Google authentication profile, follow the instructions in the "Preparing the YouTube Exporter" Customer Knowledge Base article.

4. Once you have selected the authentication profile, set the other necessary settings for the import:

• Region: Select the region (locale) for which you want to import the categories.

• Import to: Select an existing collection in CELUM Content. All imported categories will be created as child collections in this chosen collection.

  You can see these category collections in CELUM Content after the import is finished.

5. Click "Import" to start importing.

6. The configuration dialog closes, and your import is listed on the "Category imports" tab.
