Invite users

You can invite multiple people to your organisation account by sending them a link:

1. Click "Invite user" above the user list on the "Organisation members" page. A new dialog opens.

2. Copy the link in the "Share this link" section and send it to anybody whom you want to be able to request access to your organisation:
   

3. Once a recipient of the link opens the link and either registers or logs into their personal user account, they are shown in the "Requests" tab list. Their status is  .

4. Now you can approve or disapprove their membership request in the context menu or in the "Edit pending request" dialog.
   

   • If you click " Approve", the person gains access to your organisation account and are then displayed in the "Approved members" tab.

   • If you choose " Disapprove", the user does not get access to your organisation account and their status changes to .

You can invite specific people by sending an active invitation to them per e-mail.

1. Click "Invite user" above the user list on the "Organisation members" page. A new dialog opens.

2. Enter an e-mail address in the input field in the "Invite through E-mail" section. Either press ENTER on your keyboard or click outside the field to add the e-mail address to the list of invitees below:
   

3. Click "Invite" to send out the invitation e-mails to the invitees.

4. The invited users are shown in the "Requests" tab. Their status is  .

5. Once the invited users accept the invitation via e-mail or via their user account's CELUM Cloud Account home page, they gain access to your organisation account and are then displayed in the "Approved members" tab.

1. On the "Organisation members" page, open the "Requests" tab to see all membership requests.

2. Navigate to the person whose invitation you want to resend and open the context menu or click on the user to open the "Edit invitation" dialog.

3. Click  "Resend".
   

4. The invitation e-mail gets sent out again.

1. On the "Organisation members" page open the "Requests" tab  to see all membership requests.

2. Open the context menu and select " Delete".
   

3. In the dialog that appears, click "Delete" to confirm.

4. The invited/pending approval/disapproved request gets removed from the "Requests" list immediately and the person will not be added to your organisation account.
